Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated virtual assistant. All our VAs are equally trained, but should you have any specific requirements, you can brief him/her and they will manage your work and having it completed.
Yes, you are free to cancel your virtual assistant service with no obligations. Just send us an email at admin@sass24.com.au, and we will process your request in no time.
You will receive a task report each week, daily reports can be requested. Login credentials will be provided for each task/project.
No, there is no one time registration or processing charges of any kind when you sign up for our virtual assistant services. You only pay the service charges as per the work which has been done.
Our main office is located outside of Bunbury in Brunswick Junction. Our Management and juniors work from the main office with some team working online to better service your requirements.
